About The Event

Join Chris and Juggy as we take you through your workouts, help you perfect your technique and training intensity in our Pop Up Gym Session.

The day will be broken down into 1 hour time blocks so we can train you in small groups of 8-10. This will give the coaches more 1 on 1 time with each of you to ensure you take maximum value from the day.

Upon arriving at the gym you will complete a short form to provide the coaches with the information they need to tailor the session to each cohort. This will drive a unique training experience for members so you can take a level of confidence and intensity into your own training.

There will be time to warm up, get settled into the gym environment and then be taken through a series of exercises that will not only allow you to master the movements but also support you with developing a deeper mind to muscle connection, learn the principles that keep you safe whilst training and give you the opportunity to see what your body is really capable of.

Aligning you to your personal peak performance will enhance the results you achieve within your CHR journey, regardless of whether you are just starting out or if you have been training for years.
